2. The electric arc plasma evaporation source is highly reliable and can operate at 30A when optimized for cathode and magnetic field structure. It allows atomic diffusion between the coating film and the substrate, combined with ion beam assisted deposition technology.

Applications: This equipment is widely used in IPG clocks, IPS watches, mobile phone cases, hardware, sanitary ware, cutters, anti-friction tools, molds, and more. It can apply coatings such as TiN, TiCN, CrN, TiAlN, TiNbu, TiCrN, ZrN, and various types of diamond-like carbon (DLC) films.

How it's Made

Vacuum coating technology is increasingly replacing traditional methods like chrome electroplating. Its flexibility allows all kinds of materials—regardless of shape, structure, or size—to be coated. This process gives both functional and decorative objects a shiny, reflective, metallic appearance in various colors. In addition to enhancing surface resistance, products gain a long-lasting decorative look.
 

• The pieces are fixed onto satellites, which are then attached to the loading system.
• Once the coating chamber is closed, the automatic cycle begins.
• The metallization process starts when the vacuum reaches the optimal level.
• At the end of the process, atmospheric pressure is restored to the chamber.
• The system is ready to coat the next batch, already set up on the second loading system.
