Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both sides. This allows for flexibility in seed placement. The seed roller size determines the types of seeds that can be planted, such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.
Operation:Users can select eight different spacing options around the rims. Curved plates are connected to form funnels. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length is controlled by pitch to adjust seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are installed on the rims, each side trimmed with a putter S. The S putter push transmission rod is driven by the wheel. Wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, the spacing perspective changes, allowing seeds to fall into the furrows. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling three sub-bearings to perform accurate opening and closing actions, ensuring seeds fall into the soil for precise planting.
The shaft's sides are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment (M6 rod nut fixed). When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent motion to achieve sowing.
The planting process ensures single grain corn planting and two tablets, meeting most regional farmers' needs. The factory provides five specifications of seed rounds. Users can choose seed rounds based on grain size and color. When changing wheel covers, remove the seed round and push it by hand. Note: For user convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Friends who choose the machine should complete the adjustment before official sowing. Before sowing, test by pushing the furrow to check if the seed is normal. After sowing, always monitor the seeding process, identify problems, and make timely adjustments. Otherwise, due to improper adjustment or seed round issues, there may be a lack of seeds or germination failure, and the factory will not be responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws to prevent loosening and falling off.
2. After sowing, clean all parts, oil the threads, and store in a cool, dry place to extend the life of the machine.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Pay special attention to foreign objects in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure proper matching of seed rounds with the crop type.
4. Do not run in reverse; pull down or push down according to the arrow direction.
5. Control the sowing speed at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the machine or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always operate the seeder in the direction indicated by the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant reduction in seed usage per acre, check for obstructions or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay particular attention to the positive sides).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory. Adjust seed quantity and distance accordingly. If the error rate is high, change it promptly.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the actual appliance, and the factory has the final interpretation.
