How to make wells with submersible pump normal operation

Submersible pumps are commonly used in two main types: water-immersed and oil-immersed. These pumps consist of two main components: the pump body and the motor. To ensure safe and efficient operation, the following steps should be followed before use:

1. Before using the electric pump, use a megohmmeter to check the motor's insulation resistance. The minimum acceptable value is 5 megohms. To perform the test, connect one lead of the megohmmeter to the cable terminal block of the pump and the other lead to the motor housing. Then, shake the megohmmeter and observe the reading to confirm proper insulation.

2. Inspect the cable for any signs of cracking, wear, or damage. If any issues are found, replace the cable immediately to prevent electrical leakage and potential hazards.

3. For water-immersed motors, open the vent plug, fill the motor housing with clean water, and then tighten the plug before submerging the pump. For oil-immersed motors, if oil leakage is detected, replace the sealing components before submersion to avoid damage.

4. Before starting the pump, manually fill the pump chamber with water and let it run dry for 1–2 minutes. Start the pump twice to check for normal idling and startup. If the pump rotates in the wrong direction, swap the two-phase wiring to correct the rotation.

5. Check the suction pipe for cracks and ensure all connections are secure and tight.

6. Avoid pulling or lifting the pump while it is submerged or being lifted out of the water. This can cause damage to the cable or the connection points.

7. Ensure the power supply voltage remains within 5% of the rated voltage. Excessive voltage fluctuations can damage the motor and reduce its lifespan.

8. When submerging the pump, always position it vertically, not at an angle, to ensure proper operation and prevent mechanical stress.

9. Do not pump water containing excessive sand or sediment, as this can cause internal damage. For water-immersed motors, regularly clean the motor cavity and replace the water to maintain performance.

10. The actual pumping height should be between 80% to 100% of the rated head. Operating within this range improves efficiency, saves energy, and prevents the motor from overloading, thus extending its service life.

11. After use, thoroughly clean the pump and apply anti-rust oil to all metal surfaces. Store the pump in a dry, vertical position. For water-immersed motors, keep them submerged in clean water when not in use to protect the internal components.

Micro Emulsions

Smooth and soft finishing of all kinds of fabrics and yarns (especially cotton yarn for knitting).

Excellent smooth and soft effect. Small particle size makes it easy to pass through the yarn cone. Does not reduce yarn bundle cohesion, make winding process easier.

Excellent softness and hydrophilic properties. Soft finish after whitening, or finish in bath with OBA.
