I am deeply moved and excited to be here on this stage, representing the 30,000 employees of Weichai Power. Today, we have been recognized by our leaders and honored with the award from Mr. Yuan Baohua. This moment is not just a reward, but also a symbol of our collective hard work and dedication. From this platform, I would like to share three key thoughts with you: First, we must continue to walk the path of management innovation with Chinese characteristics. Over the past 60 years, and especially in the last decade, Weichai has always remained committed to its own unique approach to management. We have continuously learned from global best practices while adapting them to our own context, fostering a culture of creativity and improvement. Second, we must maintain the dual focus on product and capital management. As a state-owned enterprise with over six decades of history, we have evolved significantly. When we compare ourselves to international standards, we realize that true leadership requires not only strong product development but also effective capital management. It is essential for us to balance both, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success. Third, we must never stop innovating in our management strategies. Management is not a fixed formula—it must evolve as our internal and external environments change. Innovation is the key to staying competitive and driving progress. Only through continuous innovation can we ensure that Weichai remains at the forefront of the industry.
